The space

Discover this beautiful new apartment, nestled in a quiet, small estate, just two minutes from beaches and shops.

This 46 m² space, decorated with care to the “Nature Green” theme, welcomes you with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, oven and washing machine, opening onto a comfortable living room with a large sofa bed. The large bedroom has a spacious dressing room to store all your belongings, while the modern bathroom features a walk-in shower for relaxing moments.

Take advantage of the 21 m² terrace with plancha, ideal for al fresco dining, as well as the 30 m² landscaped garden, perfect for relaxing in the hammock. This apartment is ideal for up to four people, with top-of-the-range bedding and linen provided for optimum comfort.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• Whatsapp, SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

La Route du Fort is Porticcio's chic “neighborhood”.
Combining luxury villas and tourist apartments, it's just 2 minutes from the town center and gives access to 2 beaches: Mare e Sol, the large family beach, and the more intimate Chapelle beach.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
